Career prospects bachelor of Commerce,Law - Education

Have almost completed a year of a bachelor of finance, with plans to move into financial planning or something in financial services. I recently got an offer to study a double degree with commerce/law and have been giving it some thought. What benefits would someone get from completing this degree apart from just beefing up your resume? Is there any career prospects that benefit from a degree in both commerce and law? (specific job roles) Most positions I have looked at only require one or the other. Does anyone work in a field where it has been useful to have studied both? I do enjoy finance/commerce and like the idea of law after talking to some friends who recently completed a bachelor...

Solicitor Careers, AllAboutCareers

What is a solicitor? Most people only see their solicitor when something goes wrong, so they’re a bit like doctors. However, rather than giving you medication, they offer you advice and guidance. Most of the people generally termed ‘lawyers’ are solicitors. There are many different types of solicitor and there are loads of areas of law you can specialise in. Solicitors also provide advice to people so they can be protected from potentially sticky situations.
